At 4.20 they are recommending rescheduling

I agree deschedule completely would have been far More appropriate. Let's the state level regulate and handle it. Will take what they give us but as Dvargo said, we need the DEA to actually want to make the change. They are essentially cops who rarely reschedule drugs. In Germany the police unions are the ones pushing against legalization the most. I do believe however the pressure is immense for cannabis reform and the dea may relent. We shall see
