According to SEDI, the only shares Irwin Simon has acquired to date was through the granting of options twice in 2019 when Aphria was still an independent company:

Feb 24, 2019: 1M shares

Aug 7, 2019: 38,419 shares

Total Shares held to date = 1,038,419

In other words, according to SEDI, Mr. Simon hasn't acquired a single share of TLRY since the Aphria / Tilray deal was closed back in early May 2021.

If Mr. Simon is in fact currently purchasing TLRY shares, the transaction(s) should show up on SEDI after he files them with the regulators.
