Delta 9 THC from hemp

Delta 9 THC from hempHere's a little link to how US MSOs are hawking their wares as far as cannabinoid skus.

It seems that as long as they crack out the thc from hemp, it is legal in the US, at least until the do-gooders catch on, which raises the question of whether our management has caught on.

If they are aware, then what it the hold-up to planting our flag on US soil and reaching for the top potpreneur category and the dollars that come with.

Canadian LPs are beat-up and beat-down despite them being darlings in their hayday.

Tilray and Canopy have said they aren't waiting for the US to put out the invitation mat, so what is holding this up?
