Note: Wegge entered the SPD in 2005 and became member of the Bundestag in 2021.
A few members of the SPD party from Bavaria may still be on the fence with passing this law, CanG. Possibly as many as 10. Not near enough to stop Pillar 1, that includes DeScheduling Cannabis from passing.
I'm seeing dates from Feb 13 to Feb 16 that this CanG law will be put into the agenda. But as Wegge, a SPD member of Bundestag, has stated here, it could be added as late as March 22 to become law on April 1, 2024.
Sooner the better.
