Not sure why you bring up HITI, they are a very important retail partner for Tilray, without HITI Tilray's market share would tumble...literally! The CRA decsion is news that can affect all LPs, it is not bashing to pose a question on the Tilray board of the current tax position of Tilray. But you knew that right, you just don't want any discussion that may present a risk in your mind!
