Tilray is headquartered in NY and have active alcohol sales in the US. That's another nice thing I like about Tilray, the additional revenue stream from alcohol sales.

You need to read over their website, I really don't think you're going to have a full appreciation of the company without proper research







Aphria is a Canadian company with a borrowed name and office from Tilray. They have 0 MJ operations in the USA, zero. Everything else your posting is smoke and mirrors to deflect this fact. The fact there is a moat is actually a good thing, Tilray is not ready to compete in the USA.
