The sharecount for all cannabis companies varies, Tilray is certainly not sitting on the highest count. If you want the lowest count Cannabis company then I believe that would be Canopy Growth (from what I can find)

If you are unsure as to who to look at sharecount vs sales then do a Google Search on "What is Price to Sales Ratio" IMHO it is one of the better fundamentals to be used on Cannabis companies at this time.
