Today is the time for false prophets, er promoters

that iTilray has already written off most of the Medmen debt - so the remaining $32 million USD will be no big deal.

After all - it's just an accounting entry, no cash involved.

Well, except for the $225 million not in Tilray's bank account that would have paid all the current debt due - which they don't have the cash for.

But this Medmen article must be mistaken.

Simple Simon stated quite clearly with the release of last quarters financials on April 9, that he "....was expecting big things from the investment in Medmen...".

Everyone, everyone - except Simon, some cultists on this board and 'promoters' knew Medmen was already in trouble when Simon bought $225 million worth of Medmen debt.

Who in the world gives $225 million to a company everyone else knew was going bankrupt?? I mean other than Hexo - and 8 failing craft brewers.

$225 million CASH - out the window with ZERO return.

$30 million a year? When will people understand the man needs to be terminated while there's still a chance for Tilray.

(“MedMen” or the “Company”), a cannabis company with subsidiaries operating across the United States, today announced that it made an assignment into bankruptcy pursuant to Canada’s Bankruptcy and Insolvency Act (the “Bankruptcy Proceedings”) on April 24, 2024 and B. Riley Farber Inc. was appointed as the Company’s bankruptcy trustee (in such capacity, the “Bankruptcy Trustee”). The Company’s Chief Financial Officer, Amit Pandey, resigned effective as of February 13, 2024 and each of the Company’s directors resigned effective immediately prior to the commencement of the Bankruptcy Proceedings.
