Dilution
Irwin 50% SH voted against dilution that should be a big enough statement that Tilray has to grow organically. Do you want to be the next Terry Booth former con artist at Aurora which lost over 90% value. The US market will be 100 times more difficult then in Canada. Try making it with what you have then SH might lend you support for expansion in the future

But the other 50% who voted for "FOR" wants this! Plus, the other 50% has not voted against. Majortity of them did not vote, which does not mean opposition. TLRY must be in the US. You cannot grow organically within CDA market anymore. And, international market may also require acuisition, by the way.
