There were a lot of pissed off Aphria investors wanting Iwin to sue the NYSE for allowing the hinterburg short to go through. ALL of the circuit breakers were tripped and they did NOTHING!   The NYSE even neglectice the surge in the German STock market prior to their opening. They knew exactly what was going on.
