When was this even announced lol? I perosnally don't give a rat's behind if they do one or not because i'm not a holder in either company BUT if i were i'd be "you know what" furious lol. Especially if i was a poor Tilray holder lol. Which are really having the literal wool pulled over their heads before getting robbed blind by the Hexo shysters lol. Was Mr Simon Says even aware of this? And why didn't Tilray implement any restrictions or clauses in refarfs to this type of stuff when they agreed to the buyout i wonder?  I hope he was for your sakes, but thinking about it lol,  it does not make this look or sound better if he knew.......LMAO

Boy OH boy.... talking about getting a double whammy two weeks in a row on  the Dreaded Fridays lol. One more week of this and it will be a triple home run lol. Not sure how much more the poor Tilray holders can take of this nonsense of being mugged & robbed in broad daylight right in public at every turn. I'm guessing if this keeps up, those feared Class Action Lawsuits will start popping up here to as they've been piling up at poor Canopy. I can already hear the Drums of War beating from a distance on this front in preparation & anticipation and those greedy lawyers sharpening their knives & licking thier chops.......... lol....

In addittion, this forum is turning into a total Clown Show, as  it's being saturated by the fanboi's, cultist, supporters & consumate pumpers of the company with their 8S propaganda. "Buy Buy Buy & don't let them steal your shares cheap"........LMAO......Where have these guys been for the past 4 years? lol. In hibernation or a different planet or maybe multivers LOL? One only has to pull up a 5 years chart to see the train wreck this has been and will continue to be LOL. So will strongly advise to be VERY careful WHO you listen to on these forums. These delusional folks will drag you down with them to the bottom of the ocean as they go down with the ship. Too exhausting to read. I was exhausted just looking at it. Why so much effort in a stock you don't like?  The Tilray Hexo merger and placement was a good move. Cash is king and it will add to our Canadian market share and our cash reserves for another strategic purchase Irwin Simon is working on. Koodo's to them and Tilray longs

Yes, cash is King, in especially in a recession, but it also can be a negative. Normally, in a growth sector you would want to see cash flowing back into the company through organic growth or by aquisitions. Cash can also be good to weather a storm and keep the lights on. Using cash to pay off debt and or refinancing can also be positive, but is better done in a more stable sector. That being said
