Biden throwing a bone because of Republicans increase in popularity and knowing full well that sending this rescheduling idea will take years of any kind of legalization ... The Democrats aren't able to pass any kind of legislation threw on Bills so Biden slides in another  " FALSE START " sending this to the DEA which does NOT have any power to reschedule but can only send an endorsement ONLY !

Even IF and that is a major " IF " the rescheduling happens ???? You would STILL NEED a "PRESCRIPTION " to consume cannabis
