one bit of misinformation continues to be posetd by quinlash and others - depsite the facts and evdience to the contrary.

Fact: Biden NEVER campaigned on legalzing cannabis. 'google it' as quinlash would say - knowing that you' retoo lazy to actualy research it. The reality is that Biden has always been AGAINST recreational legalization - but semi okay with medical.

What Biden said was that he was 'decriminaltion' on a federal level (which accounts for only a small portion of the people actually in jail), it's the individual states who put people in jail - and they do it because 'jail servcies' - security, food, bedding - is a huge industry in the US and the more people in jail, means more cash exploited.

Fact: there are approx. 40 states that have legalized, either recreational or medical or both. If the US legalzies on a federal level tomorrow - there will be 40 states that have legalized either redreational or medical or both.

If you have even a basic knowledge of the US political system, you would know that it's teh indiviudal staes that decide whether or not cannabis is sold in their jurisdiction.

What will change are the things that fall under federal jurisdction - such as banks, financing and the big exchanges.

Federal legalization helps US MSOs in the near term. Yes, it might help foreign cannabis down the road - but no, if you want to invest in cannabis - and you believe everythingd epends on US legalzaition, why would you invest in a Canadian cannabis LP?

Burnout you can choose to see what you see or choose to see what I see. It's an easy solution on the Tilray forum. I can't see the context but I did read your post and have an idea what's going on.  This is all I see is not beautiful? It is cheap with a lot of potential.  Maybe more than the MSOs because the LPs have been beat down exceptionally hard. I think because of protectionism by US players and the fact that Canada screwed up a lot of things and took or is taking too long to fix those mistakes. Canada does have secure, inspected cannabinoids in abundance and a legal system in place to foster investment from
