Unable to Fulfill Sales Not a Success Formula

So if sales are good , then you would expect to see from time to time a shortage of supply on the shelves, I beleive some have pointed out recently that is the case with drinks.. When I order CBD from Tilray I will receive product over a year old, cream or capsules doesn't matter its always old. I have tried the drinks, but again always limited supply on orders. If I look at chocalate, it's almost always out of stock. So what gives folks, if sales were hot the supply would not be old. There is something fundamentally wrong when the above conditions existed for months and and in some cases years. It's to the point now I will move the prescription over to OGI. If you consider that medical patients are a prioity then why would this even be an issue, again there is something very disfunctional with the management of production and distribution.

I think your best option would be to file a complaint with Customer Service at Tilray Brands. Not sure if anyone can help you on the Tilray Stockhouse Bullboard??? Maybe they will send you some Tilray paraphernalia as well, Box of Gummie Beer, Good Supply, Riff...who knows.  However, if your not satisfied with the response from CS at Tilray Brands, Move On!

Yep, that is exactly what I am doing, at the same time its important investors have an insight into how well this company is performing. It's not about getting free stuff or CS, They are selling old stuff that has no expiry date according to them. Makes you wonder what is really happening with all the product they are producing now if you can only get old stuff on the medical side? I'm not

Yep, I can order the drinks and delivered to my door overnight, but always a limit of 12, thats has been the best experience at Tilray, CBD pills, cream, chocolates, good luck, sporatic oil availability if you are looking for balanced oil.

Anyone with a medical prescription has access to the medical site, easy to see all the out of stock items, there is no way Simonis not aware thatthe most profitable segment can't provide the demand.

That's unfortunate. Hopefully Tilray Brands can correct it. One positive though, the complaint on Tilray Brands Stockhouse Board has had a ton of Views. Seems the message is getting out to Tilray Brands and other Tilray Brands customers.  Just may go viral.

Well the only way to fix a problem is to recognize it. Hopefully they can sort it out.

OLDWEED, YES IT’S UNFORTUNATE. Go to GOOGLE and search for TILRAY.CA then go to TILRAY MDICAL and explain your problem. I'm sure they will find a solution. Also you will see a phone number. This does not mean that it is TILRAY's fault, it may be due to the seller or the delivery and something else. I wish you good luck, and good luck in your investments.

It's unfortunate if TLRY allegedly cannot ship recent manufactured product. Despite the allegation, is the product effective. Does it meet it's intended use? If so, make them aware and move to OGI. That board could use your perspective on their quality and best before dates.
