Dilution!

I have been saying it for years. Dilution is a way to stay solvent. Sure revenue may be flat-lining or increasing at Tilray, but at what cost? More and more shares being issued to purchase more and more beer companies. This being done to keep the revenue numbers up. Yet shareholder value keeps shrinking. Thinking back about 7 years ago, I used to own about 1/10th of 1% (or 1/1000) of this company (I am talking Aphria). Now I own a grain of sand's worth on a large beach. (the CEO has done quite well though hasn't he?).

To Keeler: I don't know how you do it. How you are able to respond to the idiotic posts on this board. You know, the ones who put a positive spin on the $250,000,000 dilution news. I have to give you credit (as I have done in the past). I personally would rather take lead of Moe Howard and ....... clunk their heads together.

There is money to be made and unfortunately lost in this sector  Tilray is the probably the best known name to lose money. When I ...more

Banking act has to be changed to let them ...more

correction to some of my post  any federally overseen trials for Pharmaceutical/Medical products to be sold nationwide can't be supplied by companies that don't have FDA/DEA licensesed facilities. No one is going to run very costly trials if they can't get FDA stamp and then can only sell products in a few states ( not even sure if one state would except trials from ...more

Simon should have a ground plan already figured out, so that all is needed is some tweaking and be able to move at a moments notice. Not like he is gonna do anything differently going forward. Expect more Medmen like investments.  Hes a slick businessman, look at the brylcream hair. He's a smooth controlling talker, who gets a little agitated if asked a tough question he doesn't like ...more
