Market hated the quarterly report

I've been averaging down the past few weeks at $1.10 and again at .92

Wish I had waited now huh. Hindsight is as they say 20/20

my average is finally below $2 but I have a bad feeling I will never get my money back or even worse will lose it all. 

The market didn't like the results and I can't fully blame them. The only saving grace is that eventually we can report the money we get from outlet insurance for the lost revenue during the evacuation, although not sure how much that will be. Would have appreciated an update on occupancy rates and revenue per day in fort Mac since they reopened. I think this is why the market is reacting to us almost being back at the 52 week low.

I don't see it that way. Reviewing both Temple's quarterly report as well as Morguard's, I would suggest that the "future" is bright. They have a $6M revolver with Morguard that they have not used. They are awaiting the decision on insurance claims for Fort Mac. All hotels are in operation in Fort Mac except one. If you look at the rates per night, they are high relative to ...more
