Tempus Resources Ltd is an Australia-based gold exploration company. The Company is exploring projects located in Canada and Ecuador. The flagship project for the Company is the Blackdome-Elizabeth Project, a high-grade gold past producing project located in Southern British Columbia. In addition, the Company holds two exploration projects located in south-east Ecuador, the Rio Zarza and the Valle del Tigre projects. The Company also owns the Prescott copper & base metals project in Nunavut, Canada. The Prescott Project consists of about 49 licenses covering approximately 607 square kilometers that are predominantly located on Prince of Wales and Somerset Island and are interpreted to host an anticlinal repetition of the same geological formation hosting American West Metals Limited’s Storm Copper Project. Exploration at the Prescott Project will be principally targeting sediment hosted copper deposits, as well as Mississippi Valley-type (Zn-Pb) deposits.

C$11M valuation for what could be one of the highest grade resources in N. America. Plus, a permitted mill & tailings site with a replacement value of $60M. 

This could be a big winner once the Company is allowed to release the results from a detailed mill restart study done last year. A maiden resource and the study results are coming out in April or May. 

Tempus could be generating a run-rate of C$29M/yr. in cash flow as soon as 2025. Few in the U.S. & Canada know about this story, it's mostly held in Australia.
