They are not giving you something for nothing.  They can reduce the numer of shares outstanding: it is still the same company. You'll have less shares but they will be worth more per share ...more

Well that means a deal is likely out of the question and a dividend will be coming. With the current CAD/USD exchange, KUB has $9.9 million CAD in cash or $0.0315c.  Lets see if they pay it all ...more
