I believe the new shares in the reorg will be equal to the number of old shares held. There will be a 300 for 1 roll back of the new shares in the new company for a total of about 1 million shares ...more

just to be clear, this is how I see it. the nominal value (almost zero) is held in the old shares.  with any new capital raised the value of that capital will be placed in the new shares.  ...more

Why would anyone sell this at 0.025 when you will get 0.03 paid in January ?   Other than needing tax loss, seems like a stupid thing to do.
