It's all approved and we get $0.03 per share in cash and shares in the stub. After the reorganization of capital, the stub ( NewCo ) will have nominal cash and will seek out new opportunities that will require additional capital. As I have posted earlier, it's quite likely that one or more of the shareholder groups have their ducks lined up. Initial funding could be by way of a rights ...more

Is there anyway to know what the share value of the new company will be ?   Or at least an estimated guess ?

Literally zero until they recapitalize after the distribution. Since the new company is still a public company, yo will find out when it happens. JFF7

If the company develops substantial worth, you will have had to put up new capital to participate in that growth by buying ...more

I believe the new shares in the reorg will be equal to the number of old shares held. There will be a 300 for 1 roll back of the new shares in the new company for a total of about 1 million shares outstanding.  If they have plans to raise capital, there will be dilution of the new shares.
