Why not wait for TPZ to fall back to $15 first? It'll get

back there before the end of March. I've been watching TPZ for the past few years now and it had its run while running shot gun with its big sister, TOU, from last year. the downtrend will be more prominent than the uptrend now for both TPZ and TOU!!!
