RE:RE:rights offering detailsMy understanding Dchan05 is that TCI is offering to allow warrant purchases at a 4 to 1 ratio to share holders as of May 28/18 closing. Yes this would increase the amount of shares by 25% if everyone participated which is unlikely. There will probably be attempts to push the sp down until that date as others try to accumulate larger positions to take advantage of this offering. On thin to keep in mind is that the cost per warrant opportunity will be .16 per share to those that own shares by the offer date. If people are willing to pay that they must then believe TCI is worth more.
