Typically the company that does the NR gets the attention first... but Tara also is getting the attention...however the 'chart painters' are still at work trying to make it look bad, yet it ran to .54, then quickly it got knocked down... game playing.
The Asks are up at .54, .55 and the bids are building... now .51, .50.
