RE: NEWS

RE: NEWSmudpuppy, "objective of creating an efficient exploitation systems design and mining operations framework capable of increasing throughput capacity to 300 tonnes per day at the La Currita Mill" How will that be acheived? : "Raven Gold has an option to earn up to 60% of La Currita by investing $4,000,000, reaching production levels of 8,000 tons per month, issuing 750,000 shares, and making various payments." TRGD gets 40% of the profits from production which begins in early '07 WHEN RAVEN 'invests(ing) $4MM' AND 'reaching' (achieving target) 'production levels of 8k t/month'. (contractual milestones) No $'s from TRGD to get to production of 8k t/month, per agreement. Where will costs come from? Production of the ore/profits of the Gold & Silver at no cost to Tara. TRGD still will own 40% FREE and CLEAR while Raven makes all payments...'and making various payments'. btw, "The La Currita Groupings includes 4 mines, a 150 ton/day operating floatation mill and stockpiled ore. The La Currita mine was in steady production from 1983 until 1998. A diamond drilling exploration program conducted in 1998 indicated grades of 2.59 g/t Au and 200 g/t Ag." If they prove up the indicated grades of 2.59 g/t Au and 200 g/t Ag (55:1 ratio) 3.6363 g/t Au Eq = 6.2263 g/t Au Eq (About 1/5th Oz Au/t) They could also run one of our other prop's higher grade material... or have a higher grade discovery like San Miguel... Its ALL GOLDEN for Tara! Palladn p.s. That's ONE of the 3 Ag/Au mines going into production in '07... "We continue to acquire other advanced-stage projects and/or PRODUCING MINES in one of the most prolific precious metal districts in the world."
