That also means, if you look at their website, we get exposure to those projects in the GSML's share price... not bad!
Let's presume they will have to dilute to 70 million shares (including TRGD's 7 MM) then TRGD shareholders would own 10% of GSML!
You can see Rich's ability to make better deals now that we dont need a deal to get started (San Miguel = 30% Free)...
I expect we'll be breaking .62 very soon... 1.00 here we come!
