and balance sheet looks not bad...I think its a buying opp here...way oversold

I'd be careful. Investors are getting fleeced here and the outcome could be going private for next to nothing. I wouldn't touch this manipulated pig for anything. IIROC should be looking into this.

Where do you get $3M in the bank? As of June 30th they had roughly $1.9M in cash with a quarterly burn of about $1.3M. These guys are running on fumes and are probably sitting with $500k to $700k in cash at the moment. Any equity raise at this point would destroy them. My guess is they go private at a price in $0.05 - $0.06 range... if there are any wiling participants
