I agree, that TOL has some good news stories but the markets have all kinds of walls of worry to climb, so I'm not expecting a large move in a short period of time, but I do expect a nice slow and steady increase in SP in 2012 and I expect TOL will be trading in the 4-5 range by december, unless we get the very worst possible outcome  in Europe but I think most of the bad news is baked in for now, unless there are more hidden problems yet unknown.

I want to add more TOL in my portfolio but I will wait  for pull backs, I'm not chasing any stock in this market period.
