what is the perfect bottom price here knowing that stock markets like round numbers, and TOL has already broken under 3, I'm getting a little worried that investors are throwing out the baby with the bath water.
If TOl rebounds to 3, I'd say we ahve hit bottom, but I'm going to wait b4 I buy any more, and I see the whites of the seller's eyes.
I can't see 2, maybe 2.50 if you consider that a round number.
good management, good land, good commodity, what else do you want in a stock?
I own a good chunk here, so it's been a little disappointing watching her fall, but I have confidence that TOL will bounce back strongly once this market gets stable again.
