Dirty Russ Tripp sold us down the River
Sold out shareholders so he can stay on with the new company. Analysts all seem to agree that this is a very low price to pay for this resource. This guys track record has some pretty shady history so I cas we should not be surprised.
The deal makes no sense on any level other than a corrupt one.
