Vote No and don't sell to these parasitic bids right now. This will eventually be another black mark on his rap sheet. Make some noise as this arrangement is very dirty. Why would it take all this time to give the company away for WAY less than its worth? Were they originally offered $2.50 and the "negotiated" it up to 2.85. This is a very dubious transaction and some light needs to be shed on this ASAP.
