Well Dave as you know PetroBaken has a huge intrest in Tol. about 18 % Tol is has 6 buy and 3 strong buys by them analysists. The resource secter is in a funk, but that to will turn around and when that happens Our TOL will sail... Tons of money in the bank and a great takeout candidate... Cheap at these prices and should reach $3.25 $3.50 in no time as long as the sector can get some MO MO

I don't care who the buyer is as long as the price is good and fair.  I'm just guessing here but I want at least 4.00 for each of my shares. I don't think TOL is big enough to attract the really big Asian fish, but a mid-teir North American fish like Trilogy, or Petro Bakken, sure why not. just my opinion and DYODD

I assume that PBN already has an offer on the table .....probably a paper deal (no cash).

Interesting...PBN traded at...$8.61...today and TOL Traded at $@ $2.87 today... the price PBN bought their shares at, So 3 X $2.87 = $8.61, Coincidence...3 for 1 ??? Just thinking out loud....Man that would Suck...
