I recall that insiders can't trade a stock within a certain time period if there is a deal on the table.Maybe someone such as PBN(Lightstream) has a deal on the table and can't keep dumping shares to keep price down. Just a thought.

Insiders have to report their trades, so dumping to keep the SP low really isn't an option for them. I would guess that Lightstream does have an offer on the table. TOL are looking for a better deal.

The question with TOL is whether PBN will buy TOL or ARN instead. PBN has stakes in both TOL and ARN and I believe it will buy one of these juniors soon.
