RE:News ReleaseJust got this response from FSD IR. Have you had any luck getting anything back from TRPX IR? Hello, Unfortunately FSD Pharma cant proceed further with the transaction if Therapixs Q3 financials arent disclosed, not much more I can say, Its an absolute vital piece of due diligence. Its an internal delay on their end, if its a major concern for you and other investors I kindly advise contacting their Investor Relations department. Maybe they can comment further on where they stand on filing and Outstanding legal work with FSD. Regards, IR
