Now that the third quarter financials are out is the ball now in FSD pharma's court with respect to closing the deal???

If so when do you think we find out which way they are leaning?

Stock still trading as if the deal is NOT going to happen

Should be up around 9 dollars at this point since deal values them at 12

any thoughts?/
