RE:RE:HUGE consolidation

RE:RE:HUGE consolidationHey Fundy, The stock consolidation is likely just part of HUGE's requirement to meet the minimum share price of $1 for the NASDAQ. I don't think this is a talking point of any great significance. The reason stock consolidations appear bad looking at historical data is not because stock consolidations are bad in and of themselves (they are essentially a neutral event). They generally occur when a stock's value has depreciated significantly presumably because of an underlying problem in the company. In that respect, stock consolidation is more of a symptom of a problem rather than a cause. In the case of stock consolidation for the specific intent of meeting the minimum stock price requirement to list on a new exchange I suspect the historical data would be different, but I don't actually know that. As far as TRPX is concerned at these levels I still believe it offers great value. I believe that ultimately a deal will get done (about 70% confident), and I don't think the terms of the agreement will be dramatically less than the 48m LOI. That said, if the deal falls through it seems quite likely that they will form and agreement with another party at a valuation much higher than todays market cap.
