The original press release about the financing said they got $1.5million up front on Nov 23 and would get another two instalments of $500,000 when certain conditions were met. Cancellation of HUGE deal was one and the date of March 1 was mentioned as another. I could be wrong on the timing of the last $500,000 installment as the PR is not clear. But the $500,000 upon cancellation of the HUGE deal was pretty straight forward.
