The trading has been a bit odd lately.  There does seem to be a bump at the end of the day most days, but sometime son very small volume.  It could be an attempt by someone to keep the close price up a bit.  This is such a low volume stock that it is pretty easy for a very small market order to either bump or drop share price a decent amount.
Overall volume is so low that I do not think this has anythign to do with any insider knowledge getting out there.  Look at the volume in the month leading up to the announcement of the HUGE deal on Oct 22, several hundread thousand shares per day, right now we are not even breaking 50K shares most days.
The money tells the story though, there will be an announcement by the end of March at the absolute latest, whether it be a new deal or new financing, something will be done before the cash runs out.
