I do hope we hear something soon on another option. Any remaining shorters would be scrambling for shares with the low float. The existence of shorts would help to explain our drop to where we are now, that coupled with scared investors.

The reason we are where we are now is that the company is almost out of money.....and needs to either get a new loan, arrange financing through a private placement, or bring us a new deal. I am sure the counter offer by FSD was much less than the original 12 dollar offer, but I hope management did not turn down 9 bucks a share hoping to cash in on more in these difficult markets......Israelis can
