RE:RE:RE:KAY BABY!!!It's not that the GoM is stupid but that they're ideologs. Just like the Reactionary Right here in the States they'll cut off their nose to spite their face. The Resource Nationalists believe they should own 100% of OT. Once the underground is operational they'll treaten to nationalize the mine. They can't even agree on the rail gauge for the export of ore/coal to China due to their fear/hatred of the Chinese. 
So, for TRQ shareholders operational profitabilty will have to suffice for the next few years. It will be difficult to hit the 10¢ per share profit target ($200M) for this year.
But I have another fearless prediction. Just like with South Gobi there will be fraud charges brought over the cost overrun/tax issues. So Kay and any high up RIO execs better stay out of Mongolia. They might be able to visit but might not be allowed to check out [Hotel Mongolia].
