RE:RE:Chinese Offer USD 5 Billion

RE:RE:Chinese Offer USD 5 Billioni believe the Sumitomo group had already gotten the TT bid in Dec. This TBF deal looks more like a muni revenue bond. These are the types of deals that are ripe with "grease". Then there are the new exploration license offerings for the GOM to feed off. The previous 106 licenses that were rescinded b/c of purported corruption by a minister also involved SouthGobi Sands. That leads into the $130M tax extortion case against TRQ which was supposedly "settled" for $30M. No wonder American cos. are lax to invest in MGL. Apparently the judiciary is a tool of the pols. The Mongols need to become more sofisticated in their corruption schemes. Don't ask for bribes upfront. Rather, hide them in the back end like this Chinese group appears to be doing. IMO
