I've given up trying to figure out what the GOM will or should do. They've already screwed TRQ (and shareholders) out of $800 Million by killing the SouthGobi Sands deal. Then there was Hotel Mongolia. They've shown themselves to be unstable and not to be trusted. And now, with the IMF bailout, they've sold out their people by agreeing to pare back their social programs. While I love the mgl people I've met the GOM, like our current U.S. gov't, is into selfdealing and corruption, i.e. a kleptocracy. IMO
