RE:RE:RE:Putting a few bucks more into this oneObviously TRQ is a value play and currently oversold. The issue, as always, is political risk.
However,
OT underground financing: done
MGL - IMF bailout: done
MGL debt restructuring: begun
MGL - China financing: ?, China is balking
MGL elections: ?
Two weeks of election uncertainty ahead. Not good if resource nationalist wins. Expect                   volatility as populism and demonstrations make headlines.
MPP tho looks to solidify its majority which is better governance than past coalition gov'ts.
It's the people that have suffered most these last 4-5 years due to corrupt or inept politicians           and institutions, especially for crashing FDI and this self-inflicted financial crisis. Their money         has lost half its value since the last bailout. Investors have voted with their feet. How the                 voters will react, given the IMF imposed austerity, is uncertain. With Brexit and Trump as examples, anything is possible. IMO
