RE:RE:RE:RE:Shades Of Hotel MongoliaWhile I'm no expert in public corporate law and accounting there's a reason RIO hasn't acquired all of TRQ. I do know that TRQ carries the Erdenes Oyu Tolgoi debt on its books. Also, financing for OT development runs through RIO so TRQ carries that debt to RIO. I believe most of the proceeds from the 2014 TRQ rights offering went to repay debt to RIO. Sovereign risk, even more than the usual development stage risk, is likely why RIO has yet to acquire the rest of TRQ. IMO
