There is a procedure. They just don't know it yet. Read the proxy it outlines the Yukon law I am sure, which spells out the procedure.
You might have to provide the letter to BMO that you want to register your shares to follow the procedure. I think you have to vote no on all your shares and register for dissent on all your shares.
