RE:RE:RE:RE:OSC reporting

RE:RE:RE:RE:OSC reportingFunny..........I added this am to my position and saw this pm it was up and sold it all,   and it closed down on heavy volume on the TSX.      Sounds like the Regulator Halt or Cease Trade story could be true!

If so,  then this could be one where the little guy wins,  for once.   Congrats to you all if so.

We all did know that Penwater and Sailing Stone by voting NO then they were going to Dissent.
And that fact that they agreed to binding arbitration IF they don't reach an agreement with RIO in the 1st period,  even if confidential,  does seem reasonable.

What is grey,   and of concern here,   is that RIO is going to take what would have been their NO votes and kinda just cancel them out when determining if they have a majority of the minority,  which is something that is NOT available to all other shareholders whom are similarly situated.   A majority of the minority is kind of a gold standard for approving these kind of "cram down" transactions like this one here.

I might get to jump back in IF it looks like the  deal goes forward again.    They might end up back in front of that judge in the Yukon again for an interesting hearing to for the Final Order to let it close or not!
