And you have my sincere best wishes Unkal.  At this stage my own holdings are too small, I'm deep in ETG.

But I most definitely will vote NO.

Copper price used by fairness opinion at TD too low.

Optionality of acceleration of Lift 2 HNE and Heruga too valuable.

JV exploration potential, and Licence Fees Agreement and ROFR over ETG Shivee West prospects too valuable.

Picked the rock bottom of the TD range of values.  Copper and gold price may rise in the next few months as well.
