legalization isnt always about recreational use. It is as much about controlling social impacts of drugs on institutional systems, i.e. jails, etc... that is but small element.
psyc are in a uniquely advantageous position to take advantage of the paths forged by the legalization of cannabis. the redtape and path is in apex mode as it has been done before.
