Agreed. Share consolidations are toxic and have never worked in practice. It destroys shareholder equity while allowing management to continue issuing shares again. I am a little bit concerned being invested in the same company as some of the ridiculous behaving fools who are throwing their money into this based on "todd and bruce must have a plan". This attitude is terrifying. I also think most folks credit Bruce too much and consider him a god - never forget that canopy went up due to a sector wide run! And when serious ownership took a stake in the company, they FIRED bruce. I am invested in RLH but I am not very cautiously watching. Todd can talk all day but the real time management practices are very similar to those who have destroyed shareholder value in the past. These patterns are very very common in the micro cap world and many of you need to be a lot more objective instead of throwing your hard earned money into this based on "todd and bruce...."
