Except the reason for that is that they don't need to. Revenues growing every quarter, multiple acquisitions done and more to come, big revenue increase expected from Acadia in April, Holland now opened up, and announcement on Mera soon. They could be at a million per quarter in gross rev by end of 3rd quarter 2022.

TRIP has over 300 million shares and still nothing to show for and the stock is below 15 cents. At best a smarter company will take this out for pennies on the dollar or TRIP will just fizzle out. I don't expect TRIP to get any more financings and if the case outstanding shares will just go up more.
The fact that the hole shroom industry is on a low and TRIP can't take any of them out to grow profits means they don't know what to do with their money or they as well can see the writing on the wall.
