RE:TRIP: Soon To Declare Another Loss of over 1 Million

I haven't the time or the resources to investigate, but if I did and wanted to invest heavily in this stock,

I would first find out who they bought this farm from. Any connections?

Was the farm sold twice in the last year or so? How much did it sell for in the first sale if it was?

Next would be to look at the deal itself.

Does the seller retain ANY ownership in ANY way that would see ownership revert back to the seller in the event of a default?

The reason for this question highlights the deal Robert Abenante of Abattis Bioceuticals Corp made when buying Gabriola Green Farms, on a remote island off the coast of B.C. that takes two ferrys to get to for 25m. To make a long story short, not sure what happened to that deal because Abattis was well on it's way to going belly up less than a year later. If you look at the map, to the south of the "farm" address, there's a small greenhouse operation, that's not it. Anyone see anything worth 25m for 90%? So where did the 25m go?

So TRIP is not Abattis, but due dilligence should be a must prior to dumping money in a stock that's in constant decline and losses year over year.

But hey, I haven't seen the farm, could be great. Anybody seen any pictures? Anyone have an address? What's the market value for the area? Did they get a deal? WHERE IS IT?!!!

If they do liquidate it eventually, who will buy it? Better question is, who will they sell it to....?
